Four
easy steps to a successful fundraising event.
Step
1: Fill
out and send in the design form.
Step
2: We
will send or email you a proposal sheet that includes your design
options and "Fundraising" pricing. Select the items you
would like to sell and email or call us.
Step
3: We will send you sale flyers and all the tools you need
to sell, sell, sell!
Step
4: Send in your master sheet and we will
bill you
at the "Organization" price. You keep the profits. Once
your order is processed you will typically receive your order in
2-3 weeks.
How
does it work?
Once
you contact us via email or the "Design Form" we will
create designs using the information you provided. In a few working
days you will receive a proposal sheet. on this sheet will be several
designs that you can pick from for
each of the garments you wish to sell. When you decide on a design
you can email or call us and we will start the fundraising process.
Heckman Sportswear will send you all the tools you need to navigate
a successful fundraiser. You will receive order forms, posters and
other documents that will make it easy on you and your customers.
There is also an incentive for sellers who do an outstanding job.
There are gifts for sellers who reach 15 and 30 items and for the
seller who sold the most items throughout the fundraiser.
How
does your organization make money?
There
are two prices we work with. There is the "Fundraising"
price and the "Organization" price. The Fundraising price
is a set price for each garment your organization will be selling
and is displayed on order forms and items that you receive from
us. The Organization price varies depending on how much your organization
sells. This price is only known to the organizers of the fundraiser
and is compiled at the end of the sale. We guarantee that you will
make at least $2 per item sold. For instance, your organization
may sell 200 tee shirts at a Fundraising price of $10 each. The
Organization price for 200 shirts would be $6 each. This fundraiser
just made your organization $800 and this is typical for a two week
fundraiser. You keep the profits. We don't take all of the money
and send you back a check like other fundraising companies. It doesn't
get any easier. |
